Have you ever wished you didn't have to wear that annoying, loud, C-PAP machine? Do you often wake up feeling like you've only slept 5 minutes? We are a center for any patient who thinks they may have a sleep disorder. It is one of the most under diagnosed diseases worldwide, and we are here to help!

How Do I Know if I Snore or Have Sleep Apnea?

Snoring is the hoarse or loud sound that occurs when your breathing is partially obstructed in some way while you're sleeping. While you sleep, the muscles of your throat relax, your tongue falls backward, and your throat becomes narrow and “floppy.” As you breathe, the walls of the throat begin to vibrate, thus creating the sometimes loud noise.
What Is Sleep Apnea?

What Is Sleep Apnea?

A condition in which breathing stops for more than ten seconds during sleep. People with untreated sleep apnea stop breathing repeatedly during their sleep, sometimes hundreds of times. This means the brain -- and the rest of the body -- may not get enough oxygen.

Are You Dreaming of Better Sleep?

A sleep study may be the first step to a un-interrupted night's sleep! This will help to determine sleeping and breathing patterns and is usually required for medical insurance purposes. We offer an at-home sleep study called the WatchPAT ™. WatchPAT ™ is an FDA-approved portable diagnostic device that uses the most innovative technology to ensure the accurate screening, detection, and the follow-up treatment of sleep apnea.

Serving residents in the North Dallas suburbs, we start with a one on one consultation and assessment of your individual needs to determine the best treatment for your snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. At that time, we will work in conjunction with your physician to help find an inexpensive easy-to-use home sleep test. If you have already had a sleep study and cannot use or do not like your CPAP, then we will work with you and your physician to find the most comfortable, effective therapy to treat your sleep-disordered breathing. 972-908-5057 OR email us @
